Prithvi Layout is surrounded by well developed MUDA layouts, adjacent to KET Engineering College, a distance of 1.5 KM to Ring Road and 2 KM to NH 212 which is connected to T.Narsipura, a holy place. - Box type open drains are constructed throughout the layout. Proper levels are maintained at each junction of drains to avoid stagnation. We have executed the network design for effective rain water harvesting that to prevent flooding and to conserve water for future use.
- Glazed stoneware pipes are used for sanitary lines and standard table mould bricks are used for construction of man holes.
- Adoption of DEWATS technology for the treatment of sewage generated in the layout.

- Provision of enough lung space through beautiful and aesthetic parks with contemporary design.
- Plantation of about 150 plants of different varieties on either sides of the road.
The Layout is approved by MUDA and concerned authorities.
We are happy to announce that we are the Second one who got "No Objection Certificate" from "Karnataka State Pollution Control Board" (KSPCB) in the State of Karnataka. This Project got NOC from KSPCB.
