Security
The valuable property you purchased will be guarded by security guards 24/7. There will be several check gates, and no one can enter the layout without the security guard’s approval. So the layouts are absolutely safe from burglars, armed thieves, and other criminal activities.
Maintenance
You do not ever have to see a pile of garbage in front of your house. A cleaning team will take care of these regularly. We are determined to make you feel that you just purchased this beautiful property.
Electricity
You do not have to worry about electric charges of common area space, street lights or others that are not part of your individual property. ESS & ESS Infrastructure will pay the charge to CESCOM, until MUDA takes over the layout.
Road Side Trees
To make sure that all the residents feel that they are staying close to nature, a lot of trees will be planted in front of each house. We will also take care of the trees we planted regularly.
Green Lawns
All our layouts have lots of green grass and lawns, which increase the beauty of the property. We will make sure that the lawns are maintained regularly, by cleaning the leaves and trimming the bushes. A team of gardener will come and plant seasonal flowers time to time. Along with Lawns, parks within the property will also be regularly
Drainage System
We will make sure that the rain water does not get stored in the property and the street within the layout remains clean even in the rainy season.
Roads
The roads within the layout will have regular wash.
Sewage Treatment Plant
We want to build a safe future and this is why we believe in saving water. We have a system that harvests rainwater and makes grey water reusable.
Overhead Tanks
Overhead and undergrounds tanks too will be checked out regularly.

Parks are designed and developed with different concepts by well know landscape architects, comprising of several rare varieties of ornamental floral & fruit bearing trees, medicinal plants, shelter trees etc.,

Since we harvest rainwater the layouts will never have clean water problem.
Manholes
Individual site chambers will also be taken care of in regular interval.
Individual Assistance
If a particular site owner requests for any maintenance help then he or she will have all the assistance.

If anyone wants any help to get bank loans then that will be provided.
